To show the available licenses on your CS1K, do:

LD 22
REQ SLT

Print installed packages

To view a list of all installed packages on your M1, do the following :

>LD 22
REQ: prt
TYPE: pkg

If you want to check for instance wether you have ACD-C, or only ACD-A, look for :

ACDA Automatic Call Distribution, Package A 45 1
ACDB Automatic Call Distribution, Package B 41 1
ACDC Automatic Call Distribution Package C 42 1
ACDD Automatic Call Distribution Package D 50 2

How do I change serial TTY port options ?

First, print the current setup :

LD 22

REQ prt
TYPE cfn

The port you are looking for should look something like this :

BITL 8

Now, go to LD 17 :

The USER prompt is where you define what this port should do. To eliminate one of the options, use an X :

USER xtrf

Doing this, the user prompt from the previous example will look like this in LD22 :
